Christmas cake workshop

Join a Christmas cake stir-up. Laura uses excellent ingredients, including home-made candied peel, and she has some special recipes to share.  Students make their own cake in class to bring home, and practice a number of decorating skills, including making marzipan and royal icing from scratch.
