Dobosh Torte petits fours

Dobosh torte for a special tea or dinner party: these are made by assembling as many as 15 very thin layers of cake with a Belgian chocolate ganache, for an impressive cake or these petits fours. They can be decorated, as here, with caramelised hazelnut, or topped with praline in the traditional Hungarian way.
