Summer berry centrepiece

Less is often more in food as in other things. If ingredients are of exceptional quality, they shine on their own merits, with minimal fuss from the cook. The effort comes in seeking out first-rate ingredients: getting to know local producers and when and where to find culinary treasures, humble and grand.
