Carrot cupcakes with cream cheese icing

Laura has used a carrot cake recipe for years that she considers “the best”, and it’s always a sell-out. These little cakes in pretty orange papers are decorated appropriately with piped-icing carrots on all-butter homemade biscuits — an extra touch for whimsy.
