Iced all-butter vanilla biscuits

The first snowdrops in the garden inspired these seasonally decorated biscuits. Full of butter and vanilla bean, and rolled lightly and thinly, Laura’s iced biscuits taste delicious. She hopes they will bring cheer to February, when we wait patiently as we can manage for the arrival of spring.
